School Uniform
Daystar Christian Academy's dress code is designed to:
1. Promote our academic mission
2. Promote unity of purpose within the student body
3. Support biblical principles of modesty
​
Coming to school each day with clothing in compliance with the dress code is a responsibility of both the student and the parent. We thank you for shouldering this responsibility together.
​
School colors: Maroon, Navy Blue, and Yellow
​
Uniforms for the month of August and September will be: Polo Shirt in the colors mentioned above and navy blue uniform pants/shorts and skirts.
​
Uniforms with logo, will be required starting in the month of October.

School Absences
Regular and punctual attendance is critical if the results of the teaching and learning tasks are to be maximized. Therefore, if you know your child will be out, please call the attendance office by 9:30 on the day of the absence.
The following absences will be coded as excused absences (EA)

Personal illness of student

Professional appointments ( Dentist, Doctor, etc.)

Daystar Christian Academy has selected Golden Corral to provide a nutritious meal for your child each day. Warm lunches will be served in the Pride Rock Café.
Cost: $5.00/day Drinks not provided.
